Calendar

I’ve always been interested in the passage of time, the passing of time, what disappears and what seems eternal.
I like paper – its delicacy and sensitivity to the passage of time.
I like stones, I like their durability, immutability.
I like to combine opposites – paper with stone.
Any ordinary pebble, when you look at it closely, will show a lot of interesting shapes, textures, colors.
Each sheet of handmade paper is different, despite the similarities, no two are the same.
Each ordinary day contains many events, emotions, moods, people met. It is different and one of a kind.
I collected pebbles, arranged them into months on sheets of handmade paper. Some days I highlighted with a flower or other object, but not because they were special.
They all were.
