In between 2019

The installation “Between” consists of dozens of face-masks made with a 3d pen, suspended in the gallery space, more or less at eye level. […] It is important that the installation is not just viewed “from the outside”, one should first of all “enter” it. Only then can one look at the masks and recognize the faces of men, women or children, all of whom have their own individual characteristics. This gives you the opportunity to look at them from different sides and points of view. It is not a static sculpture. The strolling viewer, by his movement, becomes an animated organism. We can actually feel “in-between”.
